Trying to figure out what's going on with my parents' PC...every so often they can hear a radio broadcast from their PC speakers. Always some infomercial or asian talk show. I've tried going through all their running programs, removed the extension cords, disconnected the broadband but you can still hear it. This just started a few months ago. I've run virus scans, AdAware, HijackThis, etc. coming up with nothing every time.
